The Bash Juan Montoya Thread!!!

He even spun teammate Scott Pruett to win a Busch race in Mexico. Montoya is clearly talented and doesn't mind ticking off a few drivers." -- Dallas Morning News

i guess the Dallas Morning News doesn't actually watch races. the fact that Montoya doesn't care is what makes him so great. he's the anti-Carl Edwards, which NASCAR needs more of.

I think it's pretty obvious which driver Nascar is watching like a hawk. The one that's causing all of the trouble in the sport right now. One Pablo ItoldyaIwasgonnahitya.

It's funny that you quoted that article because I thought it was clearly pointing at Pablo's inability to race clean.

You are taking up for the wrong guy. It is obvious.

Pablo is a disgrace to the sport

Of course i agree with Sabanocchio like usual. He makes some great points. Why cant you guys be as intelligant as him.

Montoya too aggressive?

"Kevin Harvick was certainly ticked at Juan Pablo Montoya following Sunday's race at Watkins Glen. He was mad enough that he shoved him and didn't hide his frustrations on camera. It seems Montoya is involved in some sort of bumping or spinning nearly every week. He even spun teammate Scott Pruett to win a Busch race in Mexico. Montoya is clearly talented and doesn't mind ticking off a few drivers." -- Dallas Morning News

Wow, talking about Koolaid drinkers. You guys have to be drinking spiked Koolaid to not see the light on this one.

Yeah really

If Nascar had more Pablo Wrecko idiots out there then the sport would be shut down after 5 years or would fold. On second thought someone would shut it down since there would probably be 20 fatalities. It's alright to be aggressive, but to never care about the competitors or to be to arrogant it just makes you look like an idiot.

When did this discussion have anything to do with Kevin Harvick of whom I am not a fan?

And you lose all credibility if you are insinuating that the end of the Daytona 500 was not a fair finish.

it wasn't about Mark Martin either until you brought him up. I also am not insinuating that Daytona wasn't fair. Martin handled the narrow defeat with a lot more class than most drivers would have.

"wreckless" isn't a word

"reckless" is a word

So, what does it have to do with Martin handling something with class. He got beat fair and square. Also, why are you on here trying to point out grammar errors?

because as a "bash JPM" thread it sucks. All that's really happened here is that you and Sabanocchio seem to enjoy stroking one another's egos.

proper grammar is important to get your point across. I'll be the first to admit that mine isn't perfect, but Saban loses credibility with me if he can't understand that he's using a word that doesn't exist and if it did exist, it would indicate the opposite of what he intends.

I'll be sure to keep my thesaurus and dictionary in check from now on. I just don't know why some of you guys can't admit that Pablo Wrecko is a hazard out there. What's it going to take, a death, to wake you guys up and bring you to the realization that he's hazardous.

What will it take to get you to admit that the wreck at Watkins Glen wasn't JPM's fault?

Dude, hes caused more than just that wreck. You obviously don't watch Nascar too often. Also, how do you know that Pablo Wrecko didnt start that wreck by roughing Truex up earlier. Also, what idiot runs that big of a first gear. Even though his team told him it would be bad on restarts. Based on how he was getting passed on every other restart it was pretty much assumed he was going to get passed again. Truex had the line and he should have let him go. It's called give and take, but Pablo Wrecko has yet to give an inch this year. And if you can find photo evidence of him giving up room on a race track show me, you can't.

I'm specifically referring to the WG wreck. All JPM did was spin Harvick after being rear ended by Truex, Jamie MacMurray actually put Harvick's car out of the race.

Geez, are yu Pablo Wrecko himself? That's what he said at the Nextel Open when he wrecked half the field but would only take blame for wrecking Gilliand. This is ludicrous that you put the blame on McMurray and Harvick for Pablo Wreckos stupidness.

If I were JPM, I wouldn't be wasting my time with a 16 year old kid who is barely old enough to drive himself let alone strap himself into a car capable of 200+ mph.

Or if I was Kevin Harvick I wouldn't want to be listening to someone critique my driving. Also, whats it matter if im 16? If I recall correctly, Kyle Busch almost won a truck race when he was 15 or 16 making Nascar change the rule of 18 or older. Also, Joey Lagano won a USAR Procup race when he was 15. I guess we should not celebrate those accomplishments, they were too young.

my only real embarrassment is that I'm attempting to engage in a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent. That and the fact that I previously said that I was done with this thread, but kept coming back because it was like that piece of roadkill near your mailbox.
