Lamaison is eligible this year.

That was a guess, and they said they could be wrong.

I know this is Rivals, and not Hubbs, but this is Lamaison's page on rivals:

It doesn't even have him commited, or offered, by UT. That is now, count it, more than 3 days since it went official. Either they don't know or they don't care.

Either way... they're either disconnected or this isn't a very "big fish" ... since it's 3 days since it was announced and he isn't even shown as going to UT.

I get the feeling they've pretty much stopped caring about the Class of 2009 by now. Our recruiting class is still 10th, and not higher, because they never incorporated the addition of Hood--back in May--to the rankings.

The broadcast was on last friday (24th), today is supposed to be they day that Joe Somebody's Source finds out who the TUNA is.

All in all, Rivals clearly doesn't really involve itself with this... and Hubbs didn't have any info on this. I would think, big fish and all, that Hubbs would have at least reported (after the fact) that UT had picked him up.
