If it is TB then the Sept 1st is the soonest we can offer. That's when HS Jr can be offered schollies. Maybe that's the reason the rumor is a silent commit, because he can't commit till then.

oh nevermind u were talking about him in that same post as bridgewater and i got confused...my bad that bridgewater info seems convincing but do u think we will get a qb this year bcuz its not gonna be good next year if we just have 2 qbs IMO

they can commit, we already have two, sept 1 is just when we can officaily/written offer him,

You can commit before then....we already have too. He may just be wanting a solid offer.

we get brunetti, but idk wen, and we have four, crompton, stephens, lamaison, and rozier(dont expect him to do anything ever)

yea he is, but wants to play in a prostyle offense, and works on those kind off skills, he is more of a prostyle guy who can run really wel, than a duel threat, he will most likely be the #1 qb /or athlete in the 2011 class, maybe even the #1 player overall.. some think he might move to WR tho, but kiffin prob wants him at QB... he is just that good of an athlete, think a better version of russel shepard IMO

Corey Lemonier and Calvin Smith are both visiting this weekend and both like UT alot. Demarco Cobbs is another one to watch that has UT in his top 3, and the staff feels it is a Bama-UT battle. And one final thing is QBs. The Vols have really picked up heat on Munchie Lequax and Barry Brunneti. The coaches feel that they can turn Brunetti and Tyler Bray by signing day, which I feel can happen as well. Brunetti is obviously the number 1 QB of their board as of now.
With Leguax, David Reeves feels he can work with him on his mechanics and turn him into a good QB in two seasons. He is a heck of a athlete, and has a good upside IYAM.

this is the first i have heard that any major college is making a hard run at munchie
and i feel like we are making too big of a deal out of the prater/fulton/milton friendship thing

but idk.

If Reaves gets Munchie and it is a waist of a scholly people will not be pleased. Reaves is in a tough spot if you ask me. He will be under a microscope. But if we keep landing WRs his job gets real easy.

But back on topic, IF we get Bidgewater, does it really matter if we get a big QB in this class? I would want Burnetti because of the Memphis connection or Bray off of potential, but thats it.
