You cant sell high when he has little value right now. Your best value is hoping he turns it around and can help you down the stretch. I dont think the Braves would get a top 10 system product right now for him so why trade him? At the very least he eats innings and can have a great start.
Ender is an average hitter. He relies on singles and his BABIP is 46 points below normal. Hes been bad but hes still a plus defender and can still you a base. He could easily bat .320 after the ASG break and get back to his normal season output. Unless you get a big time OF bat that can help no point in trading him. Hes also on a super team friendly deal.
I guess I dont see Julio turning it around. He might have a great start every now and then, but that velocity is on a consistent decline and my opinion is that it will only get worse.
On Ender, I guess I just see more value in having Acuña in center and try to find some power in LF. I cant believe it but Id try to resign Markakis if a guy like Harper ultimately isnt realistic.
