What defines “sneaky good”

They won 86 games last year. Pretty difficult to see an increase in that number.

I read it as - and I agree - people might circle around to being very skeptical this year because last year was "just a run"... But they added bits and pieces and can absolutely go win the division. It wasn't just pure flash in the pan excitement (like, say, the Lions).

The Tigers can be better than they were last year. They can still not be an 86 win team.
