Here's a key difference between conservatives and liberals. Conservatives can disagree with a liberal and still buy him a beer. Liberals take the politics to a personal level. They think you're a bad person and want to hurt your livelihood. I don't avoid buying things on Amazon 'cause Jeff Bezos is a liberal. I don't buy an Apple computer 'cause of Bill Gates' politics. Liberal stations like CNN were running conspiratorial lies about Trump 24/7 a couple yrs ago, but you didn't see conservatives saying that they should be taken off the air

Additionally the summer protests and the unfortunate riot and looting that followed were not spurned on by any politicians. They were reactions to repeatedly seeing unarmed black men being needlessly killed by police. Which is a stark contrast to the build up that led to Jan 6.
