It's optional these days for people like that chick ... depends on how a cow wants to identify - except for the problem that the bulls just can't seem to make the needed physical adaptation. He's just getting started with the oil and gas workers and frankly he doesn't GAS about them because they don't vote for him anyway. Asking an unscripted question should never been an issue. In this case you can say they may not expect an answer, but asking questions in a public forum is part and parcel to what you are there for.
