I have a ton of examples where it goes the other way and politicians used their power to make them wear one.

This doesn't concern the question of a mask mandate. It concerns the freedom of choice. Where a freedom of choice exists, right or wrong or "false" (as you put it), is irrelevant. A person has the right to make a bad choice.

Desantis is just another run-of-the-mill politician. Pretends to have principles, but when it comes to putting those principles into practice he’s just another hypocrite worried about optics to please his base and win elections… and before the tiny hands army comes in to mindlessly defend this douche, yes I know the exact same things happen on the other side of the aisle.

If we only could’ve used this logic for the past two years so many healthcare workers wouldn’t have been forced to get a shot they didn’t want.

If you weren't lying about the choice then you could claim that position. But you are a liar spreading misinformation and hemorrhaging lies about masks so egregious it is criminal.

I hope when the election comes around, the public is reminded constantly of the politicians that abused their authority with the Covid mandates.

why include it at all? you could have left that part out that was clearly intended as an attack on some posters and simply said it applies to politicians of all stripes.
