Texas -- and Houston, in particular -- have always helped Louisiana in times of need. There is flooding in LA now for them to reckon with, but I'm sure if Houston felt like they needed help, they would not be refused. You have to keep in mind the resources of the 4th largest city in the country. And also that TV likes to catastrophize. I admit, I don't really know what you're referencing but it sounds suspicious to me.Look at all the state that border Texas....... Apparently the governors of those states don't at all feel compelled to help Texas?
Or is that with their help? Or some of their help? Or better yet... How about the governors of states that couldn't possibly be impacted by the storm that took down the power lines.

I don’t follow you..she literally just played doubles and a very hard fought 3 set match that didn’t end until midnight…coming back under 24 hrs to play the best player in the country is a very tough taskYeah but she’s also the only player tonight that looks 100% exhausted. No excuses to be tired this late in the game.
