My son text me last night asking for my chili recipe.

I chop up hot dogs in small pieces to add to mine while cooking.

Watching the Brew Crew play the Mets. Brings back memories from when my wife and I were dating. We used to regularly attend the Brewers games in old county stadium.

We got free tickets to watch Detroit. Cecil Fielder was playing. Our seats were row four, directly behind home plate, I was on the isle. My eye level was at the batters shoulders. I was anxious to see just how far Cecil could hit it. He struck out four times.

My wife’s boss gave her box seat tickets to watch the Royals. George Brett’s last season. We were behind third base. Brett warmed up for an hour and a half when everyone else was in the dugout. He had every knuckle on his hands taped. It was painful to watch.
