Last night brought me back to the exchange between Coach McGinty and Shane Falco whenever Falco audibled to run:

• Jimmy McGinty: Falco! If I had wanted Cochran to have the ball I would've called it that way!
• Shane Falco: I read blitz.
• Jimmy McGinty: ********! I put the game in your hands... you got scared.
• Shane Falco: I READ BLITZ.
• Jimmy McGinty: [walks over and looks at Falco with disgust] Winners always want the ball... when the game is on the line.

I don’t believe the Cowboys can score TDs. I don’t believe they have a play in their playbook that calls for a TD in their system. All they ever do is kick FGs to score.

I feel football would be 175% more enjoyable to watch if the smallest guys on the field (WRs/DBs) didn't perform a Broadway dance routine or flex after EVERY play in their direction.

How did these two positions attract so many wannabe theater majors.

I was supposed to leave to Boston next Tuesday, the 15th to watch my sisters kids like I do every year in October when her and my BIL attend a conference. But to avoid Hurricane Milton, I decided to try to fly out tonight. I was able to get a seat but hearing there could be tons of cancellations and the airport could close soon. I’ll feel better once I’m on the plane.

Hey, @Drewbydoo we were on the Georgia Tech campus yesterday. One of our kids visited for a few hours with a couple of friends from high school that attend GT. Enjoyed the campus; nice baseball stadium.
