No they wouldn’t deserve a spot. Although they play a difficult schedule, you can’t have 3 losses and expect to get in. Only way I see a 3 loss SEC team getting in is if the SEC runner up is 10-3 after the championship game.So when Tennessee beats Georgia Saturday Night, is @VolPack22 k going preach that a 9-3 Georgia team should be in CFP. Just because they play in the SEC.
5:30 Central (we know)Thx for the reminder on the LVs game.
It appears we are headed that way. We’re about to have like the 10th and 11th ranked teams getting first round byes all because they won mediocre conferences. Make that make sense lolHopefully it’s such a total clusterfock, and the uproar so unanimous, that Sankey is forced to demand revision of the system.
Sankey hid behind “needing to make concessions” to get final approval. Grow a set! Or pull out. If you don’t make the top twelve of the CFP, yer out!It appears we are headed that way. We’re about to have like the 10th and 11th ranked teams getting first round byes all because they won mediocre conferences. Make that make sense lol
Because some individuals fell for the "Best 12 teams " playing in the CFP BS. Hook, line and sinker.IDGAF. Why make a big deal out of it. As long as the Vols play & win?
Let whatever happens .... happen?
Because if we finish 10-2 there is a high possibility we get left out with the amount of other SEC teams in the hunt. Notre Dame should be forced to join a damn conference and first round byes shouldn’t be gifted to teams that are ranked outside the top 10. It’s crazy. Notre Dame is the one team that’s messing this whole thing up being an independent.IDGAF. Why make a big deal out of it. As long as the Vols play & win?

I’ll allow it!Rankings could be all over the place this week but based on their initial ranking I think it could look something like this:
1 Oregon (1 seed)
2 Ohio State (5 seed)
3 Texas (2 seed)
4 Penn State (6 seed)
5 Tennessee (7 seed)
6 Indiana (8 seed)
7 BYU (3 seed)
8 Notre Dame (9 seed)
9 Alabama (10 seed)
10 Ole Miss (11 seed)
11 Georgia (first team out)
12 Miami (4 seed)
13 Boise State (12 seed)
First Round Byes: Oregon, Texas, BYU, Miami
12 Boise State at 5 Ohio State
11 Ole Miss at 6 Penn State
10 Alabama at 7 Tennessee
9 Notre Dame at 8 Indiana
With that said, I’m not feeling good about our night trip to Athens.IDGAF who’s in as long as we beat the dawgs!!
Such a cynic… tsk, tsk.Because some individuals fell for the "Best 12 teams " playing in the CFP BS. Hook, line and sinker.
Committee should've said 4 conference champions and Notre Dame and the other 7 teams will be who the hell ever we want them to be.
Which in the end that's how it will end up.
