No they wouldn’t deserve a spot. Although they play a difficult schedule, you can’t have 3 losses and expect to get in. Only way I see a 3 loss SEC team getting in is if the SEC runner up is 10-3 after the championship game.

Rankings could be all over the place this week but based on their initial ranking I think it could look something like this:

1 Oregon (1 seed)
2 Ohio State (5 seed)
3 Texas (2 seed)
4 Penn State (6 seed)
5 Tennessee (7 seed)
6 Indiana (8 seed)
7 BYU (3 seed)
8 Notre Dame (9 seed)
9 Alabama (10 seed)
10 Ole Miss (11 seed)
11 Georgia (first team out)
12 Miami (4 seed)
13 Boise State (12 seed)

First Round Byes: Oregon, Texas, BYU, Miami

12 Boise State at 5 Ohio State

Committee should've said 4 conference champions and Notre Dame and the other 7 teams will be who the hell ever we want them to be.

Because if we finish 10-2 there is a high possibility we get left out with the amount of other SEC teams in the hunt. Notre Dame should be forced to join a damn conference and first round byes shouldn’t be gifted to teams that are ranked outside the top 10. It’s crazy. Notre Dame is the one team that’s messing this whole thing up being an independent.
