I really don't know. I hear DW is the one who "discovered" Nate Oats and hired him at Buffalo, and I really like Kim, so I feel like we're in good hands. I have heard people mention Dusty Mays. But I really don't know all that much about basketball coaches.

Normally I’m the resident ref/ump hater but I agree on this one. That game was 100% on the Bills coaching staff. Not saying they would have ended up winning the game anyways but they would have been given the opportunity to win it in OT if they coached smarter. Pretty sure Bills fans are finally starting to realize they have no shot at winning anything important as long as McDermott is HC.
