Someone said "30 years ago", and my mind went "Ah yes! The 1970's", but they meant 1992, and now I need to lie down.

Another way to blow your mind, if Back to the Future happened now, Marty would go back to 1992.

Instead of "Mr. Sandman" when he arrived, he'd hear "Enter Sandman".
