People said this when Ingram didn't look that good, but as of right now, pretty much everyone but Richardson is a good NFL back. Yeldon will be a good one as well

I agree that there all mediocre but the only great one was lacy who looks a little beat up now . How many years has he been in the league . Is it around the time table a running back usally declines

Edit . 25 must be a lingering injury

He starts off slow every year, he's also put on weight this year too though.

I really really wish it was a money league.

If it was money league I would of kept gurley lol I could easily see making third place with the team I had .

Next year I'm thinking of doing something like a money league with keeper rules and a much bigger emphasis on players who win , fumbles and interceptions

The fact that my team is 4-2 is a huge surprise. When I was drafting after my first 3 picks, I drafted very strangely. I had 5 rookie RBs and 2 rookie QBs, till last week.

I've never done a keeper league, I would to try one though.

I enjoy keeper leagues a lot more . If u can get a good group of active players . But the idea is to reward a player for drafting a under the radar or a future rookie stud . U get to keep however many players the commish says and the catch is U draft them in the same round as last year . So for me I could of kept gurley and got him in my 7th round next year

I like it when it's done more dynasty-style. Some degree of planning has to be made each week with regard to the long term as well as that week's matchup. Sometimes people have to make moves with the longer-term / future seasons in mind just as must as they do the immediate.

(And of course, players who focus too much on immediate success and the current season - the older, already established better players - can find themselves rushing to repair a roster in decline in the first few weeks of the next year or the year after.)

Well, Tyrod Taylor's still hurt from the TN game, so now I'm going to have to ponder whether to drop Hillman, Barnridge, or possibly Hurns to get a one-week QB...

Or possibly J. Matthews due to the meh production, but I'm not sure he's fallen far enough to warrant it just yet.

(I was hoping to avoid something like this when I picked up both Dalton and Taylor.)

Dalton and Taylor are my QBs in the ESPN league (I had drafted Romo). I picked up Landry Jones.

Denver/McManus this year

Gostkowski and Seattle this season.

Though I wish I had picked up DEN as well. They seem to be getting more sacks and turnover points than SEA has been so far. SEA seemed to be getting more of their earlier FF points on DEF from the return game (which I don't like banking on each week).

I've been more a regular in that idea though, especially if you can find a strong-legged kicker on a better offense who's also consistent in making his longer tries:

2008 - Bironas/TEN
2009 - Akers/GB
2010 - Bironas/GB
2011 - Bailey/CIN (Got stuck with the latter after having to drop GB midway through the season)
2012 - Tynes /DEN
2013 - Prater/ CAR & DET
2014 - Sturgis / SEA (though I stupidly played BUF in the championship game)

Whoa, bizarre. Exactly the same thing.

I think I'm fine replacement-wise...Fitzpatrick, Landry Jones, McCown, Hoyer, and EJ Manuel are all still available.

I just have to decide who I'm comfortable dropping with some possibility not getting them back.

(Although I guess, alternatively, I could play it risky and see whether or not the rest of my team carries me enough before the Sunday night game.)

Same are available in my league. I wanted nothing to do with Fitz against the Pats. The Chiefs have given up the 4th most points to QBs so far this year and Jones played well last week. Hoyer was the only other one I considered.

I dropped CJ Anderson (other option was Alfred Morris)

ok so I said a prayer and dropped Spiller to grab Jamison Crowder, WR for the Skins. It's a PPR league and he's had 8 or more targets in his last 3 games
