The Everything Fantasy Football Thread

6 people actually playing and the others randomly drafted, yep. We had a guy picking 10th with 2 robots in front and 2 behind him. The guy couldn't figure out how to make it less teams for some insane reason.

Ah I gotcha, I was confused. Lol

In a ppr league who would you start at running back 2? Cj Spiller, Joseph Randle, Joique Bell, Shane Vereen.

Full point PPR, pick 3

Royal (i have Alshon too)
Cooks
Landry
Hopkins

Im leaning heavily towards the bottom 3, i just can't really see not playing a Chicago WR in PPR.

Standard 10 team league. Thoughts?
QB-Brees
RB-Shady, J.Hill
WR-J.Matthews, G.Tate
TE-Graham
Flex- Jarvis Landry

Nice team. WRs could be a little stronger, but I think it's a strong team overall.

I agree with Williams, but I think Brandon Bolden would be the better choice in New England for now

Yea I picked up bolden and Williams just need two weeks out of them . Bell will be back from suspension and gurley should start next week

Gurley will not start next week. Blount will be back next week. Bolden should only be a 1 week play unless Blount gets hurt. You should be able to use Williams for 2 weeks.

Roethlisberger vs NE or Matt Ryan vs Philly?

Toss up, but I'd say big Ben. He has more weapons, and the eagles front seven should be getting more pressure than NE. On the flip side Atlanta will be playing from behind, but Neither have Andre Johnson, so I'd bench them both.

Doing the annual NFL Pickem (through yahoo) fundraiser for the baseball team I coach. Weekly and season winners. Let me know if you or someone you know would be interested :hi:

I don't know if im sold on Murray in Philly, and I've never been high on Ingram. But with that said im sure everyone else is keeping the good Rbs so i guess you would kinda have to.

I can get where you're coming from with Murray. It seems like Kelly's offensive system is pretty heavily designed around the RB being more involved in the passing game than Murray really was when he was playing in Dallas's offense. Not to mention that when all free agency options were still on the table, Frank Gore was clearly the first choice Chip Kelly was shooting for to be the Eagles RB, until the Colts snatched him away.

I'm not sure what to think as far as Ingram...he performed pretty well, however New Orleans has always seemed to favor more of a RB committee style of play when it came to RBs (I didn't even notice that they had picked up Spiller). I'm not sure if he perform as well as he had earlier after he came back from his injury (I think I saw something of like his YPC or some yard average was decreasing by the game or carry?...I'd have to find it again.)

Definitely not Johnson as a 3rd rounder. Bryant may be good, but he would take a while to emerge and neither is as valuable as those RBs are. Trading Graham for Unger (everyone forgets about Unger) could easily signal that the Saints want to transition to a power run game as Brees ages, and even if they just continue doing what they did last year, Ingram can play.

I don't expect Thomas to be THAT much better than, say, Larry Donnell. There are more TEs than people think, especially with Thomas leaving Denver, having surgery and missing at least 3-4 games (and I think it'll be more).

I had thought the Graham move was an indicator for how ugly the relationship between him and the Saints had gotten during those last contract negotiations. (the court case and all).

Considering this, I'd keep DeMarco in the 14th for sure. I'd keep Anderson since he's a low rounder. OBJ and Jordan Matthews as well. Ingram as a late round pick would be worth keeping. Only other guy I'd consider keeping is LaFell, also as a late pick. Everyone else I'd give up.

Thanks guys!

LaFell’s apparently on PUP though.
