The Everything Fantasy Football Thread

with that said im sure everyone else is keeping the good Rbs so i guess you would kinda have to.

To answer this question I think I would need to know what other RBs could be picked up

At the moment it's looking like the other RBs available are going to be:

Justin Forsett (Bal)
LeSean McCoy (PHI)
Melvin Gordon (SD)
Joseph Randle (Dal)
Andre Ellington (Ari)
Ameer Abdullah (Det)
Jonathan Stewart (Car)
Chris Ivory (NYJ)
T.J. Yeldon (Jax)
C.J. Spiller (NO)
Doug Martin (TB)
LeGarrette Blount (NE)
Todd Gurley (STL) (still out for like 3 weeks)
Rashad Jennings (NYG)
Giovani Bernard (Cin)
Ryan Mathews (PHI)
Shane Vereen (NYG)
Tevin Coleman (Atl)

With the way our keeper draft is looking… I get the 3rd and 5th actual picks before not drafting again until around 18th and 20th.

Also available:

WR - Andre Johnson (IND), Davante Adams (GB), Brandon Marshall (NYJ), Amari Cooper (OAK), Keenan Allen (SD), Sammy Watkins (BUF), Jarvis Landry (MIA)

QB - Cam Newton (CAR)

(I'd keeping Demarco Murray, CJ Anderson, Odell Green Beckam, Jordan Matthews, and Mark Ingram...unless I shouldn't keep Ingram)

Melvin Gordon could be worth it but it's a risk and the only other RB I would want besides a hurt gurley is mccoy

I like ATL's Coleman. I'm hoping he's still there in the 3rd or early 4th.

I'm not sure I could justify a 2nd pick in the second round on him, though.

Haven't seen Coleman . Is he good ?

He's already won the starting job for the Falcons.

Not to mention he rushed for over 2,000 yards in college on a terrible Indiana game that neither had any semblance of a passing game most of the season (/he was their only offensive weapon) nor got to play a 13th game (/bowl game) to pad his numbers.

I've seen some say Coleman being listed as the starter may not be permanent and has more to do with Freeman nursing an injury. I actually have both on my bench right now waiting to see which one is truly the #1.

Running backs in the nfl have biggest drop from great to decent

It's a position by committee on pretty much every team now, because the position has such a short shelf life and the running game has become less emphasized over the years.

Unfortunately, fantasy football is still pretty heavily designed around the position having more emphasis and being entirely done by a single player...neither of which it's too much anymore.

Here's my team:

QB - Tony Romo, Matthew Stafford
RB - Demarco Murray, CJ Anderson, Mark Ingram, Tevin Coleman (ATL)
WR - Odell Beckam, Jordan Matthews, Andre Johnson, Amari Cooper, Martavis Bryant
TE - Travis Kelce, Jason Witten
K - Gostkowski
DEF - Seattle

I'm slightly unsure if I should have taken Andre Johnson and Amari Cooper like I did...only because Lesean McCoy was still on the table, but I felt like my RB situation was (hopefully) pretty good.

(Also, really wish I hadn't picked Stafford, but felt like I needed a better backup QB just in case.)

Is it a 4 team league? Or did you recruit some MR patients to help you build self esteem?
