+1. Once we get back to winning again, I hope we add a third deck between the boxes and Jumbotron. Most NFL stadiums have triple decks, so it shouldn't be that farfetched, architecturally.i think they should build another level so we can add about 20k more seats. it'll be awesome. if our team can't win, at least our stadium can! i know we'll be able to get the funding.
I would like to see them complete the brick façade all the way around the stadium. I would also like to see them add a 2nd jumbo tron at the other end zone. And finally, I'd like them to add the updated artificial turf. I think those turf fields look awesome
The brick facade would be nice to complete. A second jumbotron would be cool, but given the roof over the upper deck in that side and the proximity of the buildings to the stadium, I'm not sure that's feasible. As for the return of artificial turf, that's a hell no for me. Football should be played on grass, and also those turf fields look awful in TV. The one at the GA Dome doesn't look so bad in person, but they all just look too shiny on TV.
If and when we start winning, the fans will come and fill up Neyland, just as they did previously. Until we start winning, the attendance will probably continue to decline unfortunately.

Winning will not make much difference. The interest level of college football is diminishing in our youth. We can not even sell out our student sections. Demand for season tickets are declining year by year and the colleges have not come up with a plan to stop it.
If they make changes to college football to make it more on the semi-pro level you will even see it decline further. People are not going to spend money to see the almost real thing when they have an opportunity to see the actual real thing in the NFL.
Losing was the primary reason we struggled to fill the seats the past few years. Winning will indeed help with the shortfall in ticket/concession sales. And in turn, get donors excited about the program again. Don't discount the notion that many donors withheld their support because of the neglect they saw in the AD management of the program.winning and fans coming to Neyland won't get the work completed on the stadium. there has to be some major dollars donated before anymore work is done on the stadium, major money needed.
right now, barely enough money coming in to sustain the athletic program..

My fav is the turf that kicks up the black rubber padding pellets every time some cuts or falls on it.As for the return of artificial turf, that's a hell no for me. I never realized how much their stadium resembled an ACC school.I would like to see them complete the brick façade all the way around the stadium. I would also like to see them add a 2nd jumbo tron at the other end zone. And finally, I'd like them to add the updated artificial turf. I think those turf fields look awesome!
