1. Same story, same old ****.

2. Bernard King Player of the Game: Jarnell Stokes. It's too bad he has an incompetent coach and teammates that can't pass the ball. He would have had 25 tonight with any kind of decent...anything. Stokes is becoming the player we hope he would become.

3. To finish this postgame report, I will give you a picture to describe this season and this team:

1. McCrae is not a pg
2. Stokes should have had at least 5 more shots
3. They play scared, not wanting to take the easy shots or give Stokes the ball

I'm definitely done making excuses for Martin. The thing is I really like Martin but this crap has gotten old.

Make the tourney next year or pack your bags.

Heh. Not much else to say.

As I feared this afternoon when a lot of people thought UT would win, I thought this game would be tough for UT to win and it was. UGA was on a roll and had won 2 straight on the road (now 3). UT had been hanging in most games, but playing sloppy ball. UGA was just better. I don't know if Golden would've made much difference, but if UT wants a winning season then they better hope he gets back soon.

The fact of the matter is, I can't think of ONE thing UT does well (unless you count turning the ball over). That's pathetic. They have nothing to hang their hat on and that's pathetic. Martin tried to say his team would be a physical defensive minded team and UGA came into TBA (along with other teams) and went 50% from the field and 55% from 3. That's f'n pathetic.

Martin better hope and pray TBA isn't half full with blue for the next game. He has lost a good portion of this fan base by the looks of the pathetic showing of the student section tonight. Once apathy sets in, it's hard to turn it around.

This was the first game where I really started questioning whether CCM can get it done. We looked completely inept against a bad UGA team. That was disgraceful.

We got the ball to jarnell, but when he is triple teamed half the time, there is not much more you can ask of the kid than to find the open player.

Same here. I've defended Martin up to this point but after tonight I'm done with it.

Like I said before, I really like him and he represents UT with class, but the bottom line is that this is a results driven business. Next year he better produce results.

Yep, tourney run or pack your bags next year IMO.

Hardly. He took 2 shots in the 1st half. Our PG play flat out sucks balls. There are middle school teams that have more of a clue in a half court offense than this team.

Go back and watch the game man he was triple/double teamed about every time he touched the ball.

And if this team had any idea at all how to get the ball inside then that wouldn't have happened. It's not Stokes' fault. It's the coaches fault on the sideline who look clueless and the PG's who are only doing what the coaches tell them.

He might save Cuonzo's job next year.

He and Maymon. Martin better hope and pray Maymon comes back healthy, Hubbs is as good as advertised and Golden plays like he did as a sophomore. Anything less than a NCAA invite and he should be fired.

I agree that it is not stokes fault, but you can guarantee the opposing coaches have Stokes as #1 or 2 weapon for us offensively.
