Shot a 53, 45...

I'll take it for the second round of the year

Trying out a Ping G10 driver, my neighbor plays it and loves it...

Right now I hate it..

Just make sure u have the correct shaft for your swing speed and remember loft is your friend.

I played Kelly Plantation in Destin last weekend. Tough course, but very nice and picturesque. It was a very tough spot for me to play my first round of the year (was not hitting it straight off the tee). Irons, chipping, and putting were fine, though. Just got to hit the range and re-straighten my driver.

I thought about reshafting it, but it's not worth it..
I've only got $90 bucks in it (bought used after my neighbor was raving about it)

I really like the Aldila NV, I play in my 3 wood, and the Graphite Design, I have in my 905...

But since the 905 is a bore thorugh, I can't just have the Graphite Design swapped out.

I really want to get the 909, so I'm just going to trade the G10 in for the 905... Should be able to get close to the $90 bucks back in trade

I've hit the AP2's.

I play with the ZM's.

You can't go wrong with Titleist irons. Ever.

get improperly fit with the wrong shaft and there is no iron that will work.

More important than the label on the heads is the engine and loft / lie. People could hit any head better that is in a freq matched set and made for them.

I'm not advocating no names, but anything can work.

9.5 degree with an Aldila Voodoo NV6 graphite stiff shaft, that's what was in the one I was hitting at demo day and it was a sweet club, fit my power fade to a T.

Solid shaft. All the new heads are awesome once you find a shaft loft combo that works. The low spin, high launch thing amazes me. The ball doesn't really move any more. Just goes.

Guy beside me on the range the other day was hitting one of those Bobby Jones by Jessee Ortiz drivers, I've never hit one and he looked and had a swing like a beginner so I don't know about its performance but man that thing was sweet to look at, a beautiful club.

Tee time foiled by rain and wind today, probably a good thing for the forest animals at the course, I'm breaking in a new driver, some wildlife may have been spared.

the ends gotta be near for him and Haney

He hasn't driven the ball wall in a few years...I know the knee was a big part of it and trying to compensate for that, but he's spraying it all over the place

I don't like him with Dr Hook. He was better when his go to shot was the rocket fade.

I never get why guys that are that long want to hit anything other than a fade.

To be even longer. The thing is, Tiger wins tournaments more so with his stellar short game and clutch putting, not so much his length. His power fade would still be plenty long enough for him to make birdies in bunches, given how accurate he usually is with irons. With the new groove rule and course setups that are putting more of a premium on hitting fairways (as well they should, says me), the days of bomb-and-gouge are numbered, except maybe at Augusta National.
