the difference in forgiveness between those drivers will blow your mind. Driver technology has probably improved in the past 5-7 years more than it had in the previous 25.

That's why a round of 18 turned into 45 holes. I was driving it 280ish as a 43 yr old hacker, 170 lbs and bum leg, with a couple that caught a hill and went over 300.
My first one off the toe got me more excited.

Anybody ever played the Heatherhurt Brae course at Fairfield Glade? I'm taking customers there next week and I've never seen the place.

Has it always been named that? Have you been to lake Tansi? We played it on the way to a game one day and had looked at pics on the internet. It looked incredible. The course couldn't have been farther from what the website showed.

I'd be in traction if I played that many holes.

No idea. The only one I've played up there is Stonehenge. I really don't like taking people somewhere I've never been.

What irons do you have that no one will attempt to bend?

Taylormade Burner 2.0 original black series, which they do not make any more, only the chrome. They all claimed the metal was too strong and they were afraid of snapping them. They= Dicks, Edwin Watts, and Stanley's....Dale's Winning Edge has been out of business for a few years meow.

Never bent any of these. Have read that they are very tough to move. Hope they turn out well for you

Any of you guys played Greysyone in Dickson? Going there Friday with a few buddies..heard it was nice.

I haven't played there in a couple of years but I like the course and it was usually in good shape. No houses anywhere, which always puts a couple of points in the plus column for me. You feel like you are at a golf course and away from the norm for a few hours.

What's funny about it? I bought 6 on eBay last year, 3 nike elite & 3 dri fit for under $40. I got 2 more of the new dri fit for $30 a month ago. I bought a couple at dicks on sale. Hell I may have more.

it's a little eccentric. It may work but that is a lot of gloves at one time.

I usually have 2. One I practice with and one I play with.

I will say I play in the palm desert a lot and just take off the glove after every shot and am usually fine.

It's gonna be hot out there this weekend.

117!

I'm sure it won't be 90% humidity though.

I've experienced those extremes as well. I've been in Kuwait & the California desert in the dog days of summer in temps well over 100. Neither those climates or the hot muggy humidity of the south are very comfortable but at least your dry as opposed to soaked with sweat. It's not like I go pay 15-20 bucks per glove I'm getting lots of 4-6 premium gloves for about $30-40. If they start wearing I just use those as practice gloves & find another cheap lot of gloves.

I had to send my clubs back to Taylormade to be bent upright 2* and was hoping someone on here might have a time frame that I might get them back. Some people have told me two weeks, while others have told me four to six weeks......Nobody locally would bend them, so that's why I had to send them back to California. Thanks.

It took them 16 days. Can't complain about that turnaround, still sucked not being able to play for two weeks.
