what makes a man stop following through on a full golf swing

No way to know without seeing you swing.

When I'm doing that, it's usually because my body stops. It's hard to not follow through if you concentrate on your belt buckle ending up pointing at the target.

Boom. Using that tomorrow on the range. Thanks. I'm sure my body is stopping and I'm sure I am getting army.
Tell you what though, I am having trouble hanging onto the club. My hands are wringing wet and my gloves are drenched. Maybe its tied into not following through and holding onto my swing.

Dumbass. You're supposed to change gloves after every shot.

I used 3 gloves and even went Sparty 2 glove for the last 6 or 7

Couple of things I would suggest:

Wipe your hands & grip after every hole with a cool towel or at the water cooler. Let them air dry for the best tack.

Also may want to look into Gripmaster grips. I don't personally use them but know some guys that swear by them. I change my grips out every year, make sure yours are not worn.

I've also seen guys use talc powder or strong anti-antiperspirant deodorant on their hands.

I need Lester Hayes stickum. My palms just get wringing wet. In fact, all of my sweat may be coming out of my palms during a round.

There use to be some stuff you could get that would help keep your hands dry but it left a white residue. It worked pretty good though & I think I got it at one of the chain sporting goods stores.

Wonder if winter gloves would work in the summer and not get as slippery.

It's very hot right now & extra steps need to be put into place to dry the hands before each shot. The towel attaches to the belt with velcro & is always there when needed. Made by AM&E, maker of putter covers for many of the OEM's. The kangaroo palm on the glove is the best to keep the hand form slipping during these hot times. Hirzl Trust Control

There are all kinds of tricks from powder to resin bags. Might also go to full cord grips. And if Bigorangewhitey isn't playing behind you, you can use the wet towel/dry towel trick on the grips before each shot. :)

I'm wanting to try those kangaroo gloves. No chance in hell I'm playing with a towel hooked to my belt though.

Yeah, the gloves look great. Can't imagine having a towel hanging down when I hit, although maybe I can anchor it somehow and use it as a swing aid

It's not the grips that's the problem, it's the hands being wet. One would have to be a "real" sweater to understand. This time of year when I walk have to change shoes & socks at the turn. Water is squichin out my shoes with each step by hole 7

Had to adapt to the towel if I wanted to continue to play in hot weather. Simply had no choice. Hooks to belt in center of back & the loose end goes in my back pocket. Take it out as needed. Don't even know it's there but is there when I do. 4 gloves & 3 towels are in my rotation this time of year each time I play

yeah, my feet were squishing by hole 13 yesterday. I'm not one who walks around sweating by any means, but out there, my hands and feet are wetter than my face and head

I see what you did there. This time of year I'll give in to the "wet towel/dry towel trick" if you'll knock the waggle back from 17 to 12!!:peace2:
