Latest attempts. Jerk Chicken smoked with Pecan wood served in Naan (from Costco) with a Jerk Ailoi (essentially mayo with Jerk rub). Then I grilled some Greek Lamb (loin) Chops with a green sauce of mint and basil. Couldn't have been happier with the results.

Thank you. I love lamb but just don't make it enough. Those loin chops make for perfect portions. Unless your like me and could eat the lot of them.

No, your stuff always looks perfect. My filets were excellent, but they were just quality beef, salt, pepper and good execution. You cook like Ina and your presentation should be in Bon Appetit.

5 nights of chicken - ready for some other meat! I ate those chicken breasts the regular way, in tacos and last night in stir fry. All meals were outstanding but a man can only take so much chicken.

I eyed a couple of briskets at the store this afternoon...then thought maybe ribs...but gotta go to a funeral tomorrow and forecast is too crappy for Sunday.
