Ribs turned out great - wife even ate them. Wrapped for about 45 minutes with the last of an Angel's Envy bourbon bottle and then took plate setter off and brought it up to 300 for sauce basting. Yum!

Very similar to how we cook them, but we keep them wrapped longer. Cooking 18 racks of baby backs right now.
 
Would love to. I'll be up in TN in late June/early July. Then back for most of football season. Can't wait.

We do the same for most home games except for the gators, then it's mainly deep fried anything you can think of. You guys need to come by next home game you come in for.

I've got this to keep me company while I wait. Grilled Mango Habenero wings and a bloody...breakfast is served.
