The Grill and BBQ thread

Anyone ever smoke corn? I've grilled it but never smoked and thought it might be nice in a corn salsa.
 
Took down some raw. Some grilled. First time grilling any.

I had Oysrers Slessinger at Katie's restaraunt in New Orleans a few weeks ago. They were chargrilled, topped with bacon, spinach, shrimp, and Provel cheese. One of if not the best appetizer I've ever had.

I smoke it in the husk for about 30-45 min then cut it of the cob. I make an aoli with my rub and and some Texas Pete then rub it down before I smoke it. Turns out amazing bud

Edit: make sure to soak it first I put some vinegar in the water

You all are killing me, the family wanted my smoked hamburgers stuffed with hot Rotel Velveeta cheese dip but it was to late when they told me. Had to grill regular hamburgers but still good.
 
Smoked some pork spare ribs and a small rack of beef short ribs. Mixed up a homemade sweet island BBQ sauce and glazed that on top of both.
