Nice! How do you like your Grilla?

Loving it. There are some bells and whistles I wish it had (front and side shelves, large capacity, quick emptying outlet hopper) but it's hard to beat the price. and their customer service is second to none.


Oh man! That's sounds terrific. It looks like you gently went under the skin with the stuffing. Is that correct?

Thanks. Deboned the wing first, but yes. We've also stuffed them with jambalaya, dirty rice, boudin, and mac and cheese.
