You put any kind of rub, seasoning, sauce on the ribs after they are cooked? They look great. How manyare you cooking for?Smoked mac and cheese on the rec tec mini and smoked ribs on my bigger rec tec. I absolutely love the Rec Tec and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pellet smoker.

Very nice... ribs look great. Looks like no wrapping, just smoking. If so, are the ribs tender. They look quite good. I have been using the 3-2-1 so some time and might like to try just smoking the ribs without a wrap.Smoked mac and cheese on the rec tec mini and smoked ribs on my bigger rec tec. I'd be on that like a monkey on a cupcake.Grass fed Bone in Ribeye for Sunday early dinner. Love the sear and flavor that I can get from my Komado Joe. No reason to go to a steakhouse anymore. Only used salt and peppercorns and butter on top to rest before eating. It was cooked perfectly and was so tender. View attachment 163829
I have to ask where you got the Iberico. I've thought about ordering some after having the thinly-sliced ham and an unbelievable ribeye at Curate in Asheville. That ribeye was perhaps the most delicious cut of meat I've ever eaten.Acorn-Fed Iberico Tenderloin Carpaccio with Coriander Hatch Chile Rub and Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette
I'd open the bag and spread the coals out in the sun tomorrow. Will be fine.Welp, messed up and left my last bag of lump KJ big block outside after cooking one night and it rained. The bag was closed but the coals were definitely pretty soaked. Can these dry out and be usable or is that bag basically ruined? It was my last bag.
