lol yeah its actually not that different than their pork seasoning, but I'm not a big fan of the pork seasoning. I think its the ratio of black pepper in the beef rub that really puts it over the top. I would not hesitate to use this beef rub on any other smoked meat. Good stuff!Coarse black pepper

Like there could be anything wrong with that.
Last month, I canned some red salsa that included espresso. Amazing.
Decided to try my ribs in a different way today for the early kickoff. I’ve seen a bunch of different videos for Joetisserie Ribs so decided to give it a try. Should only take about 2-3 hours.
