They never named any suspects back in 2011. They interrogated Zach Adams' brother in prison, then show up at the property with a search warrant. I'm guessing somebody finally started talking & gave them some kind of evidence to get that warrant..or they wouldn't have got it at all.

Still throughout this weekend nobody was named a suspect although it looked pretty obvious Adams was in question. The TBI is not gonna start releasing all this info if there's any chance it hinders the investigation. It's still on going..I'm sure more people will get charged. They obviously had enough evidence/or confession to charge Adams with murder.

I'm just saying that from everything I've heard on the news, online, and on this forum that nothing definitive has been mentioned and everything between the arrest warrant being sealed and during the press conference NOTHING was answered. That tells me that what ever they have can either be argued or they're holding back info in hopes that more turns up. Also they said in the news conference, "we believe we have enough to charge Adams..."

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, quacks like a duck...

Ok, so they find a guy that lives within proximity of the Bobo's, he's got a long history of arrests including aggravated assault, so he must be the one who killed Holly Bobo. Sounds good to me!

Don't get me wrong though, the guy sounds like a real piece of trash and maybe he did it, but If they put crap evidence in front of a jury they're going to get a crap trial and a crap result.

It is pretty obvious they are looking at more suspects. Why would they air what they have in an ongoing investigation?

I wouldn't expect them to air everything but you'd expect them to say 'someone confessed', or 'we found something pretty darn definitive'. Anything short of those two sounds like they're reaching for straws.

There was another news story that seems to have been buried in everything going on that there was another blonde woman that someone attempted to kidnap from her home. She managed to get away, but she gave the description to the police and the sketch artist drawing appears to be this Adams fellow. I don't think they're grasping at straws.

If they were just looking for a pos guy to charge with a long history of arrests, trust me it wouldn't be hard to find in this county.

I have no clue what led to his arrest..not even gonna act like I do. But obviously SOMETHING happened..his brother in prison either squealed on him..or somebody else did. They dot just show up at his house with a search warrant out of the blue.

The same reporter I quoted earlier said the search warrant results from his home were sealed. So who knows what they found or haven't found..and like I said before, the investigation hasn't stopped. I'm willing to bet more info comes out & more people are charged.

I have a solid 3rd-party source that says "bones" were found while the search warrant was being performed. They didn't say where or if they were human. Enough time went by between the search warrant and the charges to determine if they were human, IMO. Take it for what it's worth.

For a judge to approve a search warrant, they must have had some basis other than the guy's a dirtbag.

Will be interesting to learn the details when they become public. Hopefully, they have more than circumstantial evidence at this point.

OR there was a DNA match.

Does anyone else not think it's weird that this guy got arrested for a completely unrelated aggravated assault charge, and then all the sudden they've connected him with the Bobo case? What allowed them to make that connection? I doubt he or one of his friends was like "Ya know, while I'm here, I thought I'd tell you that I killed Holly Bobo."

What we do know for a fact is that Tennessee collects DNA from people arrested for aggravated assault. I'm just guessing that the DNA they took last week matched up with previously unmatched DNA at the crime scene and that's what got the ball rolling.

Just seems like too much of a coincidence that after three years, he or his friends would decide to talk at the exact same time he got arrested on another matter (especially considering he's been arrested a bunch of times between her disappearance and now for offenses that don't require DNA collection and nothing came up on those occasions). Something pretty definitive must have popped up for things to move so fast.

Through a source, we were able to obtain access to Zach Adams' Facebook page -- and there we discovered a post apparently made within minutes of Holly's disappearance.

Bobo disappeared from her Decatur County home on April 13, 2011. Her brother told investigators he last saw his sister being pulled into the woods by a man dressed in camouflage.

That was about 7:30 in the morning.

Which makes the post on accused killer Zachary Adams' Facebook page so troubling.

His words: "You never was you stupid whore."

Even more disturbing, the date and time of the post: April 13th, 7:39 a.m.

That's within minutes of Holly Bobo's disappearance.

Was it a reference to the 20-year-old nursing student?

Adams' friends on Facebook asked whom he was talking about, but he never responded.

His on-and-off girlfriend at the time replied, "I'm sure it's me."

Still, one of the leads that investigators have followed in the Bobo case was that the killer might be someone who had sought Holly's attention and had been rejected.

In addition, while the community spent almost three years searching for Holly, Adams posted this picture back in December, showing himself dressed in camouflage.

His caption: "Who am I looking for?"

A friend replied, "Holly Bobo?"

The now-accused killer never responded.

All they need to do is get the records from Facebook and determine whether he posted that from a computer or from a cellphone. I wonder if they already did that and determined his cell was in the area.
