It is not as you describe it. You are making a lot of assumptions trying to trace dollars.

I’m all for holding these people accountable but this seems pretty weak so far, especially when you’re talking about using this as the basis for removing a sitting president. If Trump was going to be impeached for the exact same thing I think many people would be singing a different tune.Joe was in office in early 2017. He wasn’t in office for all of it. But if you follow the paper trail here you’ll find messages from Hunter asking why they haven’t paid yet (I believe those were in July) which implies the plan was to wait until he was out of office to pay. The messages also include Hunter threatening to use Joe’s political power against that company if they don’t pay and saying something to the effect of “dad is here with me and we will use all our means to come after you if you don’t follow through”.
So it’s possible Joe wasn’t selling actually influence, but at a minimum this makes him complicit in selling perceived influence like his son was.
To be fair you sure as hell wouldn’t question anything if this were Trump. You’d be screaming from mountain high to impeach him. What actions did Joe Biden take which were favorable to the company? You have Hunter talking a big game, but that's Hunter .... What undo influence did Joe Biden ever exert, or what favorable actions, as Vice President, did Joe Biden ever take on behalf of this company? I'm open to the possibility that could have happened, but what were they?
What was the quid-pro-quo?

Why in hell would the GOP want to impeach and remove Biden anyway? To get to Kamala? She’s worse than Biden. That would be really stupid.

Awesome. Very funny. Here ya go LG. I re-wrote the story in a manner that you would find interesting.
WASHINGTON—Democrat House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman released a video and bank records memorandum revealing how Donald Trump received $40,000 in laundered Russia money from the account of his sister Elizabeth Trump, in the form of a personal check.
The money trail begins in July 2017 when Eric Trump demanded payment from his Russia linked associate. On July 30, 2017, Eric Trump sent a message to Raymond Zhao—a CEFC associate—demanding a $10 million dollar capital payment and claimed his father, Donald Trump, was sitting in the room.
On August 8, 2017, Northern International Capital, a Russia company affiliated with CEFC, sent $5 million to Hudson West III, a joint venture established by Eric Trump and a CEFC associate. That same day, Hudson West III sent $400,000 to Owasco, P.C., an entity owned and controlled by Eric Trump. On August 14, 2017, Eric Trump wired $150,000 to Lion Hall Group, a company owned by President Trumps sister, Elizabeth Trump. On August 28, 2017, Elizabeth Trump withdrew $50,000 in cash from Lion Hall Group. Later the same day, she deposited it into her personal checking account. On September 3, 2017, Elizabeth Trump cut a check to Donald Trump for $40,000 for a “loan repayment.”
I’m with you, makes sense. No doubt BB, LG and others would be absolutely losing their minds had this same thing happened with Trump. The Republicans would be stupid to go for the impeachment. Almost two years ago there was enough circumstantial evidence to say with near certainty Joe Biden was participating in an influence peddling scheme. People inherently understand corruption when they see it, and I think most people see it indeed.
The reason to talk about this is to expose how insincere the handwringing over Trump and his “connections” to Russia and the mere potential of a compromised president. There is real evidence of the Biden’s dirty dealing, and the excuses are hilarious. The bobbing and weaving is incredible.
We have a certain group of people here who pretended to 2-3 years to be genuinely concerned over this potential corruption. Clearly it was insincere. And the excuses, equivocations, and rationalizations for Biden exposes this certain group as frauds.
