I guess the best outcome would be he is found guilty.
They appeal.
The weight of his case pushes it all the way to SCOTUS.

Me either. I think it is tainted with the smell of being a political prosecution, but the main thing is a court decision against the ATF and the fact I think the 2A may render him innocent of this charge.
