Many Dems and the liberal media aided and abetted Biden by trying to cover up his crimes by calling the laptop fake Russian propaganda, they should all be convicted.

"Aiding and abetting is an often misunderstood term which refers to a specific action. According to the Legal Dictionary, aiding and abetting is the act of encouraging or helping someone commit a crime. This also means that lying to cover up someone's illegal actions is a crime under this law."

It wasn’t the gun per se that got him in trouble. It was the lying on a federal form about not being addicted to drugs that made this an issue. Something a lawyer like Hunter of all persons surely realized.

Of course he was. The Democrats should have realized they were opening Pandora’s box when they started dredging up every obscure charge they could think of to use against Trump.
The Democrats biggest blind spot as always remains that they continue to unleash new political weaponry without really believing it will someday be used against THEM.

His prosecution had nothing to do with Trump, this is just another pressure point to get Biden to drop out.

Hunter Biden being convicted of a firearms charge is the ultimate red herring of red herrings.

The DOJ allowed the statute of limitations expire on his most serious tax charges, buried evidence of the Bidens' foreign bribery allegations, and attempted to give Hunter a sweetheart deal with broad immunity.

David Weiss wouldn't go after him on the serious tax charges or on FARA because all of that would lead back to the shady business dealings involving his father.

Instead, they went after him for a much lesser charge, where the evidence was way too insurmountable to ignore, so they can scream "nobody is above the law" when they put President Trump in jail.

What I would like to see, is Trump win the election and proceed to commute the sentence or something along those lines. And I would not be surprised if he did do something.
