I think everyone expected Biden to pardon Hunter, I know I did but I thought it would be for the specific charges he was convicted of and about to stand trial for.

I'm guessing if you polled the right they would overwhelming support putting Hunter in prison over someone like W. This isn't a bunch of people worried about justice

The way I read it is Hunter cannot be prosecuted for any federal crime he committed for over the past decade. He could come out and admit to robbing a bank and couldn’t be prosecuted by the feds.

You should listen to the congressional inquiry. There is quite a bit of first-hand testimony that VP Biden had an influence peddling scheme via Hunter. There's video of him bragging about the quid pro quo (anyone remember that phrase? It got pretty popular for some reason.) Now, he's president and used that office to pardon his co-conspirator. The truly disgusting thing is that the Democrats invented a Russian Trump hoax, weaponized the DoJ and impeached Trump for wanting the whole thing investigated. But now the left is pin-drop-silent as Biden abuses his power on the way out.

On one hand, I would hope this completely destroys the Democrat party. Except, that would give us a one-party system and only increase the corruption.
