The Hunter Biden Thread

Maybe, maybe not. I would guess that Hunter could possibly be subject to a state prosecution so he could possibly still plead the 5th.

Depends on what the questions are and connection to the crime, also statute limitations have probably ran out. If a federal prosecutor wants to indict Joe Biden, that would be a slam dunk... Obama admitted to the murder and DOJ confirmed it.

The pardon itself could be evidence of Joe Biden trying to coverup his own crimes i.e. conspiracy, etc.

A federal prosecutor can indict Obama, Biden and Clinton any time they want. And they know it.

On the political lie spectrum this ranks really low for me. I'm guessing the blanket is because of the tax issues. Haven't read enough to really know yet

I'm guessing if you polled the right they would overwhelming support putting Hunter in prison over someone like W. This isn't a bunch of people worried about justice

I actually think it's the opposite.... I think most of the people that voted for Trump want to see them both in prison with Obama, Biden and Clinton.

The issue with George is statute of limitations unless you can show me something specific. The rest of them can be indicted.

I've very rarely seen someone who calls for Obama, Biden and Clinton to be in prison also want W and Cheney in there.

What's the statute of limitations on war crimes? Based on the nazi trials I'm guessing we haven't reached it yet

There is literally a congressional investigation into Joe getting Hunter an energy job in Ukraine as a money laundering scheme to make Hunter and Joe rich on kick-backs for US tax dollars. There is literally video of Joe bragging about using federal tax money as a quid pro quo to get the Ukrainian DA that was investigating the scheme fired. There is eye-witness testimony to congress about Joe's involvement.

Now, think about the 'political' ramification of this. Consider the level of criminal impropriety. Then reconsider the desire for 'justice' that you afford us.

But for the record, if anyone wants to start an investigation into the Bushes, Chaney's and other warmongers, prove their criminality, and put them in front of a firing squad if/when proven... I'm all for it.

Trump is a thing because of George, McCain and Romney. They made it too obvious after George. Yes, most people that voted for Trump don't like George at this point, and for obvious reasons.

What specific act are you talking about? What did George actually do?

Joe is too old and feeble minded to ever stand trial for any of his actions, DOJ has already floated that balloon.
This pardon now prevents the GOV from trying to recover any of the ill gotten gains and it permits Hunter to write a tell all and make millions more.

Believe it has more to do with his connections and payments with Burisma. It protects Joe more than just pardoning Hunter.

Timing of Kash should concern the left of how deep the corruption goes.

The attorney general in the future can have him indicted, he could say he can't aid in his defense but that doesn't mean the indictment goes away.

Not necessarily on the second part but most likely I don't think they will go after Hunter, doubt there is much left.

Thank you. That biggest difference I could see there is once Nixon left office, it was in the best interest of the country to do that.

This is the opposite of that.

This pardon was in the best interest of the Biden syndicate.

Anyone want to take bets on Joe issuing a similar pardon to his brother shortly before he leaves office?

I fail to see the abuse of power of it's actually something outlined in his job description
I think the Right's view on it is this:

The "Power" is outlined in his job description, the power to grant clemency and pardons.

The use of it in this instance and in this way is the "Abuse" of that power.

One can't abuse power they don't have. And just because the power one exercises is legitimate doesn't mean that exercise is appropriate.

That is my take on the "legitimate" vs. "abuse of power" debate.

No one is getting Joe. He'll be dead before any case could get done. Mentally he would never see a court room

Obama, Biden and Clinton should be indicted if we have an actual country. Now, I suspect what you do, that Ice Cream Joe probably won't make it, but that is beside the point, imo.

James, Hunter and Jill were all in bed with Dickey Scruggs and his shenanigans that landed him in federal prison.

Member when the IG said Joe was guilty but too feeble minded to be prosecuted..I forgot that. Hollywood couldnt script the intrigue.

Will the house impeach Biden for obstructing justice with the pardon?

I vote no. Ride the hypocrisy for all it's worth. Pin it on the Democrats and media.

If he can't aid in his defense, he could be put in an institute until he is well enough to stand trial.

Indict Obama, Biden and Clinton, a pardon to former Presidents might be in order after standing trial as a respect to the office. Clinton should never be let out of jail.
