Hit LG with the opening arguments to throw the case out.Him personally or a business he runs? Do you understand the difference? Are you embarrassed you started this thread? Trumps a **** bag. So is the entire Biden family. You are just now realizing that you thought them to be better then what they are. And you should puff on that.
The problem is that he and his staff lied about it for months. This after other lies like “sharp as a tack” and the lies start to pile up. Say what you want about Trump but at least he’s truthful when he says he’s going to pardon the Jan 6 folksHow and why do you prosecute someone with total immunity?
I don't get the pearl clutching. There isn't a father alive that wouldn't do everything in thier power to protect thier children. For those that may try to suggest Donny is above this and claim a moral high ground... Who are you kidding?
More political theater.

True. And if Trump refuses to pardon even 1 Jan 6er he’ll be back crying about how you fell for Trump’s lie about pardoning them.
Adam Schiff in 2018: Pardoning a President’s Son Could Be an Effort to Obstruct Justice
Pardoning a president’s son could be an effort to obstruct justice, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) suggested in 2018.www.breitbart.com
FWIW; if Joe was merely trying to protect his son, he had the option of simply commuting the sentence. The conviction stays on his record but he never serves a day in jail. How and why do you prosecute someone with total immunity?

It definitely reeks of Obstruction of Justice.FWIW; if Joe was merely trying to protect his son, he had the option of simply commuting the sentence. The conviction stays on his record but he never serves a day in jail.
Instead, he gets a total blanket 10 year pardon that covers any and all crimes.
Nope, this wasn’t about protecting Hunter at all. This was about protecting a lot of people AROUND Hunter (one of them named Joe)
not saying you are wrong, but this isn't a dad keeping his 12 year old son from going to jail after he damaged someone else's property while playing. Joe isn't doing anything noble, like stepping into take a bullet so his son can keep living; nor is he stepping in to right the wrong that Hunter did to keep him out of jail. How and why do you prosecute someone with total immunity?

Unless you're a co-conspirator in a scheme to sell (out your country) VP access. Then it's self-preservation and obstruction of justice.not saying you are wrong, but this isn't a dad keeping his 12 year old son from going to jail after he damaged someone else's property while playing. Joe isn't doing anything noble, like stepping into take a bullet so his son can keep living; nor is he stepping in to right the wrong that Hunter did to keep him out of jail.
Hunter isn't a child that Joe is still responsible for. Hunter is a 53 year old man with children of his own, even if he doesn't claim them. and its not his first offense, or just making an honest mistake.
it also comes on several fronts that Joe has based his political career around. Paying your fair share of taxes? not hunter. Gun control? not hunter. Bringing back honor and respect of the law? not Hunter.
at some point Joe should have cut Hunter off. Being an enabling father figure is NOT being a protective father figure. I would argue its quite the opposite as it has created a worse reality than having held Hunter accountable at some point.
Well, if he'd cut him off, where would the 10% come from?not saying you are wrong, but this isn't a dad keeping his 12 year old son from going to jail after he damaged someone else's property while playing. Biden is taking out his revenge on the Democrats that ran him off the ticket with every move he makes. His statement could simply have been "As a father, I simply couldn't let my son go to prison when I had the power to prevent it." It would have further confirmed that he's a liar and a hack, but most folks would have understood.
Instead, Biden went out of his way to confirm that everything Trump has said about the political weaponization of the DOJ has been true all along. And with the dating of the pardon, he confirmed that all of the influence peddling the Democrats swore never happened was 100% true.
It's not enough for Biden to tarnish he own legacy (an exercise for which he needs little help), he is determined to take the party down with him.
The crazy liberal lady yelling actually thinks she's making a point by defendingUntil the crazy liberal lady and the million crazy liberal ladies like her step aside and sit down somewhere, the Democrat party is doomed to fail.
Scott Jennings cites a news story and she gets all emotional and starts yelling about firing squads lol. Deranged!!
Be specific and cite credible sources not CNN or BSNBC, I bet you can't.Sit back and watch your heroes go down one by one
“I support Joe Biden. I think he is a good leader. But this was wrong. I’m not sure why he felt the need to lie to the American people on this issue but clearly he did. I still wish him well and support him as President”.The crazy liberal lady yelling actually thinks she's making a point by defending
the biggest liar that's ever been in Washington. Liberals act like they have to defend
his lies. They think Biden will come out & give them a chocolate cookie for their effort.
You don't. You subpoena him to testify against his father, uncle and any other relatives involved in the Biden crime syndicate. How and why do you prosecute someone with total immunity?
