The Hunter Biden Thread

He's got a free pass for any and all federal crimes, that are known or unknown, from 2014 until yesterday
I think we need a constitutional amendment requiring that pardons specifically list the crimes for which the pardon is issued. The blanket pardon for anything and everything is obviously NOT what the founders intended. (But they probably couldn’t even conceive a President as corrupt as Joe Biden)

Unfortunately, most of his crimes probably occurred in blue states where the State wouldn’t prosecute if he committed a crime in live tv
Oh I think it’s safe to say Jr has seen a few lines of coke. But I’d like to know how Jr got access to the WH during Puddinhead’s reign and had a chance to leave his stash behind.

I think the FEMA and the whole …. In my best Thurston Howell gilligans island voice….”beyond the pale” thread is pretty good too.
Long before Jim Backus used the Thurston Howell voice for Gilligans Island, he used it in one of the funniest movie scenes of all time in It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World. Making an old fashioned while flying a plane 😂

But then again, we don’t have actual video of Don Jr doing Cole like we do Hunter (along with multiple other crimes) now do we?
We do have the video of him sticking his finger in his pocket and then rubbing his fingers on his gums. Classic coke head behavior. Not to mention all the videos where he is clearly high.

The devil is in the details in terms of distinguishing between the defendants on how bad is too bad to be pardoned. I just don't see Trump drawing such a distinction because he'd then be viewed as abandoning people who were willing to do what they did on his behalf.
Well, let’s look at how many people were charged for criminal trespass during the George Floyd riots. Or how many college students were charged for criminal tresspass when they illegally occupied campus builds during their pro Hamas hate Fests. Or how many Antifa goons were charged for trying to burn down an actual Federal Courthouse in Portland.
And here’s a REAL fun one . Tell me how many democrat “protesters” were arrested for this illegal occupation of the Wisconsin state Capitol building in 2011. (Hint; it’s a number smaller than one)

EXCLUSIVE: Hunter Biden Accused Of Stiffing LA landlord Out Of Over $300,000 In Rent after being pardoned by dad Joe

Hunter Biden allegedly stiffed two Venice landlords for a total of more than $380,000 in rent, sources close to the property owners claim.

DailyMail.com revealed last year that Hunter owed Sweetgreen CEO and co-founder Jonathan Neman $80,000 in back rent after leaving his Venice rental property trashed, according to sources briefed on the dispute.

And now Shaun Maguire, a partner at San Francisco investment giant Sequoia, has come forward claiming Hunter also owes him at least $300,000 after failing to pay rent 'for over a year' in 2019 and 2020.

'What happens to the $300k+ in back pay rent that Hunter Biden owes my family from 2019-2020,' Maguire wrote on X on Sunday.

The livid California venture investor spoke out hours after Joe Biden pardoned Hunter for his gun and tax felony convictions, as well as any other uncharged crimes committed in the past 10 years, despite the President's repeated promises not to.

'Hunter was our tenant in Venice, California. Didn't pay rent for over a year,' Maguire added. 'He tried to pay w[ith] a book of art made from his own feces.

'He changed the locks and used secret service to enforce. We had no access to the property.'

Which one of those would secure a conviction in a court of law? As opposed to the videos on Hunter’s laptop.
Even if Don Jr was using, he was at least intelligent enough not to videotape himself doing it 🤪

This brings up an interesting angle I hadn’t thought of that maybe some of the attorneys here can answer. I know a pardon grants immunity from criminal consequences. Does it also preclude civil suits like this would seem to call for?
EDIT: Thinking more about it, I guess that most contract or civil matters would be handled in State Courts so the pardon is moot anyway
