Unfortunately that may be necessary. Apparently the DOJ is taking time off for the congressional silly season - I'm guessing so they don't further embarrass and disenfranchise dims seeking reelection. Otherwise Trump might rack up a few more demerits for allowing his administration to go rogue and damage political rivals beyond their own self inflicted foot wounds.
