I wasn’t hyped up about a civil war, but I said the right must fight for our country. I said also, that Virginia could have led to the civil war. I’ve also said that I don’t want a civil war.

I'm not being clear I guess.

I am suspicious that the criticism is not real. That its fabricated to give the false impression that Barr is his own man and that there is some sort of distance between them.

I said its a theory. I mean, since he took office Barr had UNIFORMLY shielded Trump. He has interfered repeatedly to protect Trump.

Now he is being accused of interfering in the Stone sentencing at Trump's behest. And suddenly he's mad that Trump tweets? Hmmmm.....

How many left accusations have been proven since President Trump won the election. I don't know if you guys could have been more wrong if you had been trying to.

None of which answers why hours after Trump tweets Barr jumps up and flips the sentencing recommendation. Barr today CLAIMS he had already decided to interfere like this, before the tweet.

The original recommendation had been signed off on by Barr's #2 guy. You think Barr didn't know of this recommendation well in advance? NO F'ING WAY. He knew, it was fine at the time, but Trump didn't like it so it gets undone and Barr OUT OF THE BLUE wants to pretend he doesn't like Trump's tweeting? When he just interfered for him YET AGAIN based on a tweet?

You can sit around in your tin foil hat and speculate all you want. It still doesn't change the fact the Mueller prosecutors had an axe to grind. This is why they resigned. And the country is better for it. WTF did the FBI show up in the middle of the night with the force they did at his house with CNN in tow? Get outta here with your weak outrage. 2 years sentence and they were advocating 7 years because he had the audacity to go to trial? Then to prevent him from speaking about it under the thereat of going to jail? These Mueller prosecutors knew in early 2017 there was no collusion but that didn't stop them from ruining people's lives.

He didn't just make the claim today (that it was prior to the tweet). He did it the day of or day after the story broke.

Barr has been criticizing the Russiagate investigation/prosecution since before he was nominated. It's no surprise he thinks the Stone case is over the top.

Can't wait for his sworn testimony. Of course you'll just accuse him of lying under oath.

Not bad; I actually liked your comment for a change. The sad part is that Trump, while acting like a juvenile, is putting the past "adult" presidents to shame. Doesn't say much for what the voters get to work with in elections. Somebody needs to "accidentally" slam Trump's fingers in a door or something similar.

I don't want President Trump to change at all and I want him to be the same in his second term as President.
