The Impeachment Thread

Nothing says "let's get serious about fighting foreign corruption" like hiring your A-team investigators from the Fox News green room.

His personal attorney is rudy g.

That alone should be exhibit A on what he's got left to work with. Who, at this point, is going to risk it by throwing in with Donny?

BTW, where's Kellyanne been? Seems hard to believe that she's not in the news for saying something stupid, I just assume she hasn't been in the news.

Then “they” could have violated the handling requirements for the information. Access to classified information is predicated on two points. A) the proper clearance B) be on the need to know access list.

And if what you say was true then “they” should have initiated the complaint. It all gets back to everybody involved has to be interviewed.

You could be right. We're in uncharted territory and I admit I don't know the laws involved. I believe everyone with knowledge of the call will be deposed. It will become known how the whistleblower got the info.

Some lives will be ruined. None of them will be the ones people were hoping for.

Trump's life won't be ruined. He will think it is, but in a couple of years no one will care about him. He can go back to hookers and stiffing contractors.

There's a chance he is going to come out of this re-elected. But the whistle blower and those who gave him/her the information, their lives could easily be trashed.

Whistler is Sue Gordon, CIA. Connected to Schiff. Complaint written by lawyers, her lawyer works for Clinton. Neat arrangement.

Even if that is correct it is irrelevant. The whistleblower could be Hillary Clinton and it wouldn't matter. A "kill the messenger" approach will not work here because Trump has admitted to the key contents of the message, and the message was verified and corroborated and found to be credible.

Of course they will be. Trump's mafia will see to that.

But it is irrelevant who the whistleblower is. What matters here is the truth.

Did Trump seek foreign influence into the 2020 election? Answer: Yes, he has admitted it and transcript proves it.

That's enough right there, but there is going to be more.

Wafer thin evidence... you’ll have to do better... in fact more Dems heads will roll once more facts come out. But you have rested your case. So sit and learn.

If you think it is that cut and dried, I hope it's because you see it from your "want it to be true" glasses.

As a lawyer, you should know better.

This is DC!

Correction: It should be enough. That doesn’t mean it will be.
