It's crazy. They're as sucked up into a populist frenzy as the Trump crowds yelling to build a wall yet they've convinced themselves that they're noble in playing Robin Hood.
It's a case of constant overreach. For instance, something as seemingly good as regulating ROR on payday loans has turned into an attempt to control auto dealers and installment lenders. The Military Lending provision has basically made it impossible for many servicemen to obtain credit. The compliance requirement it places on large banks have forced many community banks out of markets. You are correct, I knew little about it. I did a quick google search to better engage you in conversation. So what measure do you want to use as hindering financial institutions? Stock market? Unemployment? Trade deficit? Interest rate? ROR on payday loans?
Which measurement do you want to use to say it's bad and who is it bad for? It's a case of constant overreach. Out of his own pocket? I think not. So congress passed a budget Clinton upheld and made into a surplus but we are to praise that Republican congress for Bills accomplishment? I think not. I guess we should blame the dems for Trump blowing past the budget at record levels.So...the President comes up with the money for the budget?

Bipartisanship was not even the topic of discussion. If you think congress was responsible for the surplus, Why haven't we had one since or in the pre clinton era?Oh, I thought we were discussing bipartisanship and the ability for Congress to work with a President they might not like for the good of the nation.
Carry on.
