The Impeachment Thread

Mayor Pete is gaining steam in Iowa. Worried about whether he can bring out the black vote if he gets the nomination. He's polling abysmally with African American democrats.
His numbers among African Americans have improved over the last couple months, but he still has a long way to go.

Especially the ones on the 'down low'. But you're right, I think it will come down to him and Biden and some people not being able to see past him being gay. Which is ironic if you think about the blacks (historically oppressed minority) not rooting for a guy because he's part of the historically oppressed minority.

I'm sure he had more than an idea just like everyone else around Epstein, but did he go to Pedo Island like Clinton. No.
Trump went to Epstein's mansion in Manhattan several times. The victims claim that many of the sexual assaults of underage girls were committed there. Both Bill Clinton and Donald Trump look bad for their past affiliation with Jeffrey Epstein. They were both friends of his, who spent considerable leisure time in his presence, on multiple occasions. If they didn't know that he was behaving inappropriately with underage girls, they should have at least suspected. They both look terrible for it now... either side of the political aisle trying to make one look worse than the other is ridiculous... and purely politically partisan. This issue should have nothing to do with politics.

That is hilarious. Rasmussen Reports had him at 43% last week. They fluctuate too much to be considered credible. No other poll on Real Clear Politics has Trump above 46%. Rasmussen Reports changes every day and they will probably drop him back down to 48% tomorrow and he will be back to 45% by next Tuesday. Will he tweet their results then? Of course, not. For what it's worth, Trump's Real Clear Politics Average is at 43.7%. Polls are only valid to Trump and to the conservatives on here when their results are favorable.

There's something to be said for life experience.

Also, small city mayor is a thin resume.

He's not your average politician, I'm guessing his IQ matches that of a few others, combined. But, it wouldn't be a terrible thing for him to be red-shirted for 4 to 8 years.

It is meatier than real estate agent/tv reality star. Though, that's a terrible measuring stick for leader of the free world. Perhaps you're right but perhaps we need someone who is not yet corrupted by influence and power.
