The Impeachment Thread

That's hilarious that you talk about the presumption of innocence and Hillary in the same sentence.
Not a single redhatter presumes Hillary is innocent even though she has never been proven guilty of anything.
Do you think Hillary is innocent of all which she has been accused?
I have no idea. Until they prove something, she's rightfully a free woman. If you think you've heard me chanting "lock her up", you're delusional.

And, like I've said 1000 times, I'm no red hatter. I think Trump is a crass buffoon. Because of his lack of ethics, I couldn't in good conscience vote for him, nor can I next time.

Now, deflection and whataboutism aside, do you want to cast a vote for the presumption of innocence? You gonna do anything, or just stand there and bleed?

***And... It wasn't in the same sentence, Myron.

It also has to do with him being guilty and trying to grasp onto that fraying thread of reasonable doubt.

Lol........you keep trying but it's not working Luther. There's no crime done by your President Trump.
You've been brainwashed by your Dim party to believe those lies are true. It's all manufactured lies by Dims.

No. It's not "like" anything. It *is* saying that Trump is presumed guilty and bears the burden of proving his own innocence since the Dems can't prove his guilt. It's the same idiotic sham the Dems tried with the Mueller investigation.

Ya'll really need to smarten up and stop letting luther play you with word salad games. Directly show him the stupidity of his comments and stop playing "like" games with him.

I have never once attempted to engage him seriously. Luther is good for one thing: dropping meme bombs.

They've presented nothing of damage, and the Rs are running public to point out just how lame and failing this is. There is no need for Trump to play into this. And as (I think 72) pointed out, there's absolutely NO need for him to put people in a perjury trap, or set precedent that weakens the office going forward.

The very fact that he hasn't stepped in to participate is an indication of just how little the Ds have actually presented.

How many of you redhatters think Hillary is innocent since she has never been proven guilty?

That doesn't even require much word salad.

I understand that you think Schiff treated republicans unfairly yesterday when they were purposely staging a clown show while being out of order. What other point were you trying to make? He's not letting her speak because Nunes is intentionally and knowingly violating House rules by yielding his time to her, knowing exactly what Schiff would do. It's not that complicated. Stop pushing any other narrative when you know it’s wrong.

And the Democrats narrative? You believe they're projecting this for truth and justice while proclaiming to protect democracy and all American citizens? This has been ongoing since January 20th, 2017. Stop kowtowing to a particular party.

Cast a vote for Trump's presumption of innocence? I'll take a hard pass on that one.
I think he's guilty. I think it is approaching the beyond a reasonable doubt point.

That's fine. I'm not sure many here care what you think since you've proven yourself so pitiable at attempting it.

But I'll break it down for you.

You were questioning why Trump wasn't defending himself or sending witnesses to testify. Note that you were questioning *a legal strategy* in *legal proceedings*. The easy answer is that he doesn't have to. He's presumed innocent and the Dems are ****ing the bed in their attempts.

Now, you've somehow equated that to anonymous people sharing their opinions on a football messageboard.

You do yourself no favors in showing us that we should care what you think since you give every indication that you really suck at it.

Geez, Louise. Are you really this stupid?
Of course I do.
Weren't we talking about the great American principle of presumption of innocence.
The principle you want applied to Trump but refuse to apply to Clinton.
At least admit your own hypocrisy.

I was asking if you'd come out in support of the presumption of innocence, which our entire legal system is built on. I couldn't care less what you think about Trump.

Not going to answer?
That's fine, we all know what the answer is.

Sure I'll answer. She's guilty as hell and should hang for her crimes against humanity. Please please please do go on record this very night in defense of her. I really want this one on record for future reference!

Hillary has never gone to trial where an actual case could be made with actual evidence presented. So you're right she hasn't been proven guilty in a court of law. I'm not so sure she hasn't been shown to be guilty though. I think politics have kept her protected.

And something you asked in a previous post, no, I don't think Hillary is guilty of everything she's been accused of over the years, but I absolutely think she's guilty of some of it. She just gets away with it because of who she is and who she knows.
