Makes the most sense out of everything that’s been put out.
Ha: It's complete nonsense from another right-wing nut. Yet another loony conspiracy theory. Notice that every major news event is followed
by a few wingnuts claiming some sort of off-the-wall, follow the dots until the go inside your head and eat your little brain conspiracy.
An inside job to prepare the public for "the crash landing of U.S. foreign policy." What the hell does that even mean, besides nothing plus lunacy? What is one of the chief goals of Putin War Criminal's foreign policy? It is to splinter the Western alliance, break up Nato. (And by the by, it was very interesting that the ex prez who is quite fond of Putin, and all other autocrats, seldom missed an opportunity to rail about NATO. I recall a report that Trump would have tried to pull the U.S. out of NATO were he not aware that he'd be laughed at by every foreign-policy expert in the U.S. and Europe.) And what has been the result of the Putin's invasion of Ukraine? The Western allies/NATO have not only pulled together in the strongest way since maybe WWII, NATO just added a new member--Finland--and Sweden will soon be joining, officially, too. That's a huge win for the U.S., Europe, NATO--and a major bitch slap at the little bald-headed terrorist running Russia.
Even if the war ended in stalemate in the near future, Russia will have lost a lot. NATO has been expanded. Sanctions have hurt the Russian economy, which is deteriorating--oil and gas revenues have fallen sharply. The military has lost a massive amount of equipment and been embarrassed. Large numbers of smart Russians have fled the country. Will they even come back? Russia has failed to take Ukraine and is a global pariah--supported only by a handful of other autocratic pariahs. One could go on. Ukraine has been a major U.S. foreign-policy win. It's funny that some of the right-wingers who for decades were obsessed with the Red Menace and stopping the spread of communism (see Vietnam) now seem to think that the U.S. should just let a dictatorial thug take over Ukraine. Is it just because a Democrat is in the White House? What happened to American unity and spirit? It's been punctured by loonies spreading nonsense.
As for China, it's a big and complicated topic, obviously. Relations worsened when Trump started a trade war with China and they've not gotten better under Biden, who has taken a pretty hard line on China, too. There continue to be tensions over trade, Taiwan, commercial and military spying by China, the South China sea, etc.. The U.S. has to take a hard line on China--on that both Republicans and Democrats seem mostly in agreement. So I'm not sure how that relates to a foreign policy "crash landing," and I doubt the guy who said it knows either.
