It's good stuff for margaritas but Don Julio anejo is still some of the best sipping stuff around. I don't think Chileans drink tequila. Wine is some of the best on the planet but what is their aged drink of choice?

Just googled it...Chileans drink pisco, or their version of brandy. Has some pretty high ratings. I need to try some. I'm partial to Mexican brandy, I have some, so I'll drink some. Here's to you miners!

Played bartender for some friends (mostly my wife's) tonight, served up some strawberry everclear daquerries and they got hammert! I saw some funny stuff tonight and heard some wild confessions.

House is quiet now, most left, 2 stayed, made me a crown & coke and laughing about the awkwardness that will ensue later.
