The longer Hart stays quiet the worse for Dooley

At this point I'm convinced one of three things is true:
1. Hart is a genius and has a master plan
2. Hart is an idiot that doesn't value his job
3. Hart wants a buyout too.

Yep . . . This would normally be "vote of confidence" time. No point in getting agitated until the week after Kentucky.

I'm being patient but it must suck being a present player not including seniors not knowing who your future coach is or future is.

The players know he's on his way out. They're not dumb. Only a few mindless Dooley worshipers think he's staying.

I think even most of them can see the train coming down the tracks at them.

I've never seen an entire stadium turn on a coach like at the end of regulation on Saturday.

HE IS GONE. Even Clarence Darrow, Bruce Cutler or Lewie Donelson could not make a compelling argument for him to stay

If it's not number 1 then we got years more of despair

I agree. That's why I said only a few.

I don't normally boo because I don't want the players thinking I am booing them, but every UT fan had a right to boo that inept coaching then and there. That was a loser mentality by a loser coach. He played not to lose instead of going for the win and that usually gets you beat.

In my opinion, there is nothing to gain by making an announcement now. Losing aside, Dooley has done nothing to embarass the university ala Bobby Petrino at Arkansas. Out of respect for the man, Hart will wait until after the Kentucky game to announce that Dooley will not be retained.
I also firmly believe that the search for the new coach is fully underway and will in no way be hampered by allowing Dooley to leave with some semblance of dignity. Hart knows he's done. Dooley knows he's done and everyone here knows he's done. There is no reason to throw poop on the man as he's leaving.

again...JMHO.
