I think that’s roughly right. The Mandalorian is right after the fall of the Empire which is 4-5 years after the Death Star was blown up the first time by Luke who was about 20 years old and born in Ep3. Mace Windu is maybe 70-80ish.

Yeah there was a moment or 2 that really got the blood going. If you're pointing out the thing I'm thinking of, I saw that coming and was like "hot damn, this is gonna be good! "

I agree with this assessment. Good episode that will bridge the last to the finale. Was surprised Burr returned. Thought he made a statement he wasn’t going to come back. Guess he was trying to keep the surprise.

Did anyone else nerd out over the interior of the Slave-1 moving behind them as the ship reoriented on take off?

Loved the gauntlet drop at the end though.

I've been pondering on an idea of the finale.

Mando and Moff Guideon battle over Grogu. It comes down to the end suddenly a Jedi that heard Grogu's call (maybe luke or ezra) appears, snatches him up and "rescues him" from the "evil" empire & mandalorians. Episode ends with both sides bloodied breaking off trying to figure wtf just happened. Season 3 starts with mando and moff racing to track down Grogu and the Jedi running from what he thinks is 2 threats.
