Yes, but he's not running, is he?
The GOP claims moral high ground and piousness, but their candidate is a guy they believe cheated on his third wife as she gave birth, and now still lies about it.
As many prominent Republicans have been saying, the GOP has lost its way.
I completely agree. That's the main reason I'll never vote for the guy, but he's nothing new. He's just willing to say or do anything because consequences don't mean anything to him. It's like Bruce Wayne got into politics. It's the same as Elon Musk buying Twitter. It's not that they're really worse. It's just that the political class knows that normal tactics won't make them go away and that's why they hate them.Everybody knows poor behavior has existed since the beginning of man.
Everybody knows that Trump took it to a new, never before seen, low. By a large margin.
It was always about Trump lowering the bar to much, crossing that line that should never be crossed.
We should never normalize Trump!!
How do you know for sure it happened?Yes, but he's not running, is he?

I've seen it stated by others that Trump was worth it simply for his judicial appointments.
If so, then never question support for Biden, because one only need claim that he is worth it simply for his judicial appointments.
I'm hoping that the repub will never again sink to the point of nominating someone as horrendously despicable as Trump. Trump received the reaction he deserved, the reaction that everyone with half a brain should have known was coming. DeSantis is a little better, but not much. He's still a Trumper, intent on division, appealing to the lowest common denominator in his party, and portraying the left as the enemy. (as long as that is the foundation of the republican nominee - don't expect much)Dems are too dumb to see they need Trump. If Trump were to be convicted and put in prison (he won't) that's their worst outcome. They have made him the ultimate villain. Now DeSantis or whoever the next nominee is will get similar treatment but I don't think they will ever be able to turn someone into such a boogeyman like they have with Trump, but I have no doubt they will try.
See . . . I told you. That's such BS. When Trump goes away, the left will create a new villain. It's like pro wrestling.

You still fear Trump just like all Dims. I’d vote for the guy that’s been impeached by Dims, indicted by Dims, because they fear him. He’s in their way in destroying the country, that’s why he’s in the news since he came down the escalator. It's the people sending him $4 million dollars, supporting his 2024 run, and turning out for his pep rallies who are the issue.
Please.See . . . I told you.
Did you hate the peace or prosperity the most? I hope you and all dems suffer bigly under the current disastrous regime. You all are the enemyI'm hoping that the repub will never again sink to the point of nominating someone as horrendously despicable as Trump. I really like Ramaswamy. I don't think he has a chance, but he sure makes a lot of sense.I'm sure it won't make a difference but I'm watching Ramaswamy. DeSantis would be a second choice for me.
Where you and I differ is that I think the villain number is at least 70% of the party on both sides at all times. Most people just have an innate need to attribute every possible negative attribute and dumb narrative to their political opponents.Please.
The president has always been viewed as a villain by some members of the opposing party. That is never going to change.
Obama, Clinton, Carter, Bush, Reagan - they were all viewed as villains be many.
Here's the thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is it 5%, 50%, or 95% of the opposing party that views the president as a villain?
Do they rank him as a 3, 5, 7, or 10 on the villain scale?
Trumps numbers were deservedly higher that any previous president.
Trumps numbers were higher than any future president's numbers will be.
Not all potential republican presidents would receive the same scores - DeSantis' scores would be rightfully high.
Think about what the republican scores would have been for President Hillary compared to President "moderate".
