All he has to do is say that he declassified it and there’s really nothing they can do. It wasn’t troop movement and it wasn’t nuclear codes. And, the only one dumb enough to plan a war with Iran was Milley. Hot air from the liar of joint chiefs. Milley’s already thrown Biden under the bus when they pulled the troops out of Afghanistan.
He (Trump) knew they were recording him.
Why haven’t they charged him with this. This conversation is not in the charges.

He could have done that before the recording ... but he can't now, because he has already admitted that the Iran document had not been declassified at the time he was discussing it in July of 2021 - while he was not President. It's on the recording! It's not something that he can lie his way out of now.All he has to do is say that he declassified it and there’s really nothing they can do.
What Milley had devised was a hypothetical plan of how an invasion of Iran would operate if we were to go to war with them. That is standard procedure from The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. And, the only one dumb enough to plan a war with Iran was Milley. Hot air from the liar of joint chiefs.
That audio recording with the people working on the Mark Meadows book was mentioned in the indictment. He (Trump) knew they were recording him.

The fact that the contents of page 6 of the Meadows book aligns so well with what Trump described in the recording should serve as acknowledgement that the document did exist ... and they were both talking about the same material.ou are implying that the excerpt itself is incriminating as that would of tipped off the NAR that he had the document, which coincidentally no one has ever acknowledged that he had
You have those excerpts? The fact that the contents of page 6 of the Meadows book aligns so well with what Trump described in the recording should serve as acknowledgement that the document did exist ... and they were both talking about the same material.
Also, people in the room at the time of the recording have been interviewed and there may be more charges coming. It should be easy to clear this up, based on what those people say they saw.
Once again ... you are wrong, because Trump specifically mentions on the recording that he is holding documents which were given to him by the Department of Defense. I have said that like 10 times now.Still does not prove he was holding a classified file
When he said he could not declassify it he could of been referencing the article

That is a misunderstanding of what Trump had in his possession. Milley wasn't advocating for an invasion of Iran. That's not what the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff does. He had prepared a hypothetical operation of what an invasion of Iran would involve if it was to be ordered by the President. That is standard practice.Isn’t Milley wanting a war with Iran an issue as well?
