Does the book state he was hold that exact document at that exact time? If not. It's circumstancial at best...

When they put the cuffs on Trump I’ll believe it. Until they do, I’ll still say it’s wishful thinking.

Milley, the same guy that said he’d warn China if we were about to attack them. What a joke. This should show everyone how screwed up our country is.

I’ll vote for the person that is fighting for our country’s best interests. We don’t have that right now.

Milly was just preventing a War by a nut job in power.
China probably ignored it anyway.
Hence the balloons, in case they ever get another call like that again.

That’s a load of crap. Who proved this was the truth, Milley. Milley was the one wanting to attack Iran. So, so dumb.

Yes, and our current president let them do it.

Seeing news reports that Giuliani has been doing interviews with Smith's people and has been negotiating a plea bargain where he testifies against Trump.

Didn't Trump stiff him on rather astronomical legal bills? Bet he wishes he had paid those.

Both the audio recording and the Meadows book, specifically refer to the documents as being something which Mark Milley had typed up and given to him. The only material which meets that description would be classified ... unless Trump had declassified it ... but here's the problem : Trump says during the audio recording that he hadn't declassified it.

You raise an interesting question, who would comprise the Board? For courts martial it is supposed to be made up of serving officers, but you also have it be made up of equal or higher ranking officers.
