So, still have no proof of it being a fake news source. The tweet said Trump's case "likely" to be dismissed bc of DOJ misconduct. Didn't say it was a fact Trump's indictment was gonna be dismissed .... but it was "likely" to be. How is that being a fake news site?

You have proven in the past that it's not bad journalism which bothers you. You are completely in favor of poor sourcing (or no sourcing) and false reporting as long it serves a far right agenda.

What is the factual basis for that comment?

Do they, and they alone, have insight into how the judge is going to rule on motions which have not been filed? They would have to have that to make such a comment.

You need to read the whole thing. They also promote "fake news," and sometimes they don't use any sourcing at all, or they just republish information from the notorious InfoWars (of Alex Jones fame).

Now, please go ahead and make yourself look even more intellectually immature than you already do, by claiming that they are exactly the same thing as NBC News, ABC News, and CBS News.

The right-wingers routinely challenge the credibility of media outlets such as The New York Times and ABC News ... but then get hurt feelings when we question the credibility of Leading Report, InfoWars or The Gateway Pundit. LOL.
